Telehealth Success Story

Do you know about Tely Labs? If you don’t, you should! They are doing some great things in the healthcare market.

As America’s population ages, demand for high-quality hospice care is growing. Innovative providers are searching for new services that set them apart as leaders in healthcare, and improve well-being for patients and families. Hospice of the Western Reserve has a solution:

Tely Labs provides easy-to-use video calling and is affordable enough to install in every patient’s room at its state-of-the-art facility.

Bringing simple, unobtrusive video calling to the hospice has enabled new ways to improve the quality of life for patients and their families:

– An American soldier in Afghanistan and his dying father in Ohio have the chance to see each other one last time, and say goodbye.

– A daughter in California is able to be a part of her mother’s passing, and to receive grief counseling immediately afterward.

As William Finn, Hospice of the Western Reserve CEO says, “Being able to virtually visit with loved ones brings peace of mind and eases the stress about not being able to be there in person.”
