Ingram Micro Named U.S. Distributor of the Year
For Third Year in a Row, Distributor’s Advanced Solutions Organization Recognized for Exceptional Partner Enablement and Specialized Expertise in McAfee Security Solutions
SANTA ANA, CALIF. – Jan. 30, 2015 – Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) today announced that for the third consecutive year it has been recognized by McAfee, part of Intel Security, as 2014 U.S. Distributor of the Year.
As U.S. Distributor of the Year, Ingram Micro earned accolades for its outstanding overall performance and for its deep expertise in the full range of McAfee security solutions. Demonstrating its continuing commitment to McAfee, Ingram Micro and its Advanced Solutions organization were also honored for investing in the channel enablement resources that helped mutual partners grow, including implementing a new demo program, assisting with proof of concept, and recruiting and accelerating new partners through the Ingram Micro McAfee MVP program.

Ingram Micro Technical Engineer Honored for Community Service
In addition to being recognized as McAfee U.S. Distributor of the Year, Ingram Micro Technical Solutions Engineer Patrick Smith was honored with the distributor’s own North America Award for Community Service Leader of the Year. “We are very proud of Pat for driving the community service initiatives and aligning our efforts with the company’s corporate pillar of social responsibility and the many agencies we support.
